Extraordinary Women. Extraordinary Potential

Invest in the INSEAD Endowed Scholarship for Women

INSEAD’s focused effort over the past 15 years to attract high quality female MBA students is a significant part of our commitment to creating a more equitable, diverse, and innovative business world. To achieve this goal, we are asking our community to support new endowed scholarships specifically designed to attract top female students from across the globe.
Among the 200 scholarships we award each year, several are open to female students only. They have made a difference but it’s only five explicitly women-specific scholarships, and we want to grow this number. Combining the women-centric scholarships with scholarships that are open to everyone is raising the number of awards for women (currently stands at 34%), and this scholarship is intended to close the gap faster.

Extraordinary women
The gender diversity issue has concrete impact on the school’s rankings that are dependent on the number of women in its programme and faculty. A robust scholarship programme will allow us to compete for quality female candidates, especially from under-represented geographies in our MBA programme.

When you invest in the INSEAD Endowed Scholarship for Women you’re taking action that matters. Your gift spurs individual potential and creates new opportunities. You unlock the power of ideas to make a global impact, shaping a brighter future—for business and beyond.
How your investment makes an impact: To create the scholarships in perpetuity, INSEAD requires a minimum endowment of €250,000. We expect this amount to enable us to award one scholarship of at least €10,000 each year. To bestow the first scholarship in September 2015, we intend to meet our fundraising goal by August 31, 2014.
Each gift of any size, from an individual or corporation, makes a tremendous difference.

Here’s how you can make an investment that pays enduring dividends, go to https://giving.insead.edu/gift/, and follow the giving instructions.
